Der Bestellprozess war super einfach.
Leider wurde die zugesagte Lieferzeit von 3-5 Tagen nicht eingehalten. Nach einem Anruf (man wird sogar zurückgerufen, wenn man niemanden erreicht), wurde schnall nachgehakt woran es hängt. Nach 3 weiteren Tagen konnten wir unsere Wandleuchten in Empfang nehmen. Sie sehen noch besser als auf den Fotos aus und wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf, wenn wir sie im neuen Haus endlich leuchten sehen können.

Ich habe 2 Perseis Leuchten und hatte letzte Woche ein Problem mit einer der Leuchten und der Fernbedienung. Der Kundensupport hat mir eine Anleitung zum neu Verbinden der Fernbedienung mit der Leuchte per Mail geschickt und jetzt funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei
